How to mix vocals with instrumentals on audacity?
Hi, I’m having trouble getting the tracks in sync with each other. I can record, using headphones, over the top of the instrumental but when I play it back it’s out of sync. The vocals start of at the right pace, but get gradually faster (and it’s not me!). I know other people have had this problem, but no solution has been found.
Any thoughts?
check your latency settings. i don’t know audacity, but that’s definitely a latency problem. there should be a setting in the "advanced controls" somewhere. if that doesn’t fix it,you’re overloading what your computer’s CPU can do.
