HOW can i COMBINE VOICE-RECORDINGS with downloaded INSTRUMENTALS?

i know there’s a WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER
is there possible chances of SONG MAKER.
I’ve recorded myself rhyming on my computer
(just the vocals) i have downloaded instrumentals
of my favorite songs, and i want to combine the two.
How do i combine instrumentals and voice recordings?
HELP.

    audacity.
    it’s free and you can overlay various tracks and align them as you see fit.

    Audacity is the recording program I’ve been using for years.
